为了能够给设计者提供降低汽车生命周期成本的设计决策依据,利用偏最小二乘回归得到轿车购置成本、运行使用费用与参数之间的映射关系,客户需求、技术可行性、企业预算及盈利需求组成优化空间,建立基于非线性数学规划的生命周期成本优化模型,通过这个模型能够得到最小生命周期成本以及最优轿车参数组合,这些数据为产品设计提供依据。最后以大众轿车为实例对象,得到一定价格区间内的最优轿车参数组合。

In order to provide designers with the basis for decision making considering reducing the life cycle cost of vehicle, we use the Partial Least -Regression to get the mapping of sedan acquisition costs and operation cost, and then family cars’ life cycle cost optimization model based on the Nonlinear Programming with the constraints of customer demand, technical feasibility, budget and profit demand is foumded. We can get the minimum life cycle cost as well as the optimal car parameter combinations through this model. These data provide the basis for product design. Finally, take Volkswagen car for an example, optimal the car parameters within a certain price range are founded.
