基于交易成本理论的分析范式,本文详细考察了风险交流对消费者食品安全心理的重要作用。本文试图突破既有的风险交流文献的社会学框架,将风险交流纳入食品安全系统之中,成为食品企业的一种“关系治理机制”。在新的理论框架下提出了四个命题,采用案例研究方法对相关命题进行解释。本文拓展和深化了风险交流的理论内涵,对需要进行风险交流或风险交流较弱的食品企业具有较强的启示作用 。

Based on the theory of transaction cost analysis paradigm, this paper investigated risk communication how to play an important role in food safety in detail. This paper attempts to break through the existing framework of the sociology literature about risk communication,and risk communication will be incorporated into the food safety control system, and let risk communication be a part of food enterprise’ relationship governance mechanisms. Under the new theoretical framework, this paper proposes six propositions,and uses case study method to validate the relevant propositions. The paper expands and deepens the theory of risk communication, gives a strong inspiration influence to the company which needs risk communication or has a weaker risk communication.
