[摘要]
在辨析人力资本存量、人力资本、人力资本投资和人力资本价值等概念的基础上,运用知识、能力和健康相关理论,建立了由3个一级指标、7个二级指标、13个三级指标和34个四级指标组成的个体人力资本存量评价指标体系,并提出了各项指标的测评方法,从而从微观角度实现对人力资本存量评价。

On the basis of concept analysis, including Human Capital Stock, Human Capital, Human Capital Investment and Human Capita Value, applied with the relevant theory of knowledge, competence and health, the Human Capital Stock Evaluation System from micro perspective is established, which comprises 3 first-level indicators, 7 second-level indicators, 13 third-level indicators and 34 forth-level indicators. Evaluation methods on the indicators are also proposed. Hence, the Human Capital Stock could be evaluated from the individual microscopic perspective.
