以江苏省高校科研活动投入产出面板数据作为研究对象，运用数据包络分析(DEA)中BCC模型和Malmquist 生产率指数分别测算其静态效率和动态效率。结果表明：江苏省高校科研静态效率有很大提升空间，需要更加合理的配置科研活动投入资源，以期达到技术有效；进一步通过Malmquist生产率指数分解追寻引发江苏省高校科研全要素生产率以及技术效率提升的深层次原因。

Analysis dynamic and Static efficiency about science and technology of universities in Jiangsu provincial panel date using DEA method. The main conclusion of the paper are listed as following: there is plenty of room for improvement in Efficiency about science and technology of universities in Jiangsu provincia ,evaluation efficiency dynamic change of science and technology of universities in Jiangsu provincial by DEA-Malmquist productivity index with time and space two dimensions , found what the reason can cause efficiency change.
