建立基于夏普利值的合作博弈模型,提出了一种战略性新兴产业技术路线选择方法。结合新能源汽车产业案例,探讨了政府、企业、高校和科研机构、中介机构等四类主体进行合作博弈选择最优技术路线的具体做法。结论表明：政府在战略性新兴产业技术路线选择过程中主要考量社会稳定、节能环保、促进就业等方面,而企业在于利润最大化、投资风险可控等,高校和科技机构的考虑重点在于标志学术水平、以合作促教学科研,中介机构则更多地考虑产学研合作前景和业务收入等因素。

This paper brings out a method for choosing strategic emaging industrial technology route based on cooperation game model with Shapely Value.It reviews how government,enterprise,university and research agent and agency carry out cooperation game to choose optimal technology route.The conclusion indicates that, government focuses mainly on society stability, energy saving and environmental protection and employment promotion, enterprise focuses on profit maximum, controllable investment risk, university and research agent focuses on academic level, and agency on cooperation perspective and revenue.
