“培养模式”是培养目标、招生录取、课程、教学、师生关系、学业评价、学位授予及质量保障等人才培养各个环节和要素的总称。分析表明,加拿大的研究生培养模式形成了对学生创新能力培养的有效机制,包括:在培养目标中明确提出对学生学术批判性、原创性和自主性等方面的要求;在培养过程中注重通过研讨、交流与合作培养学生的学术独立性和创造性;在培养结果上则通过多样化的质量保障手段,实现研究生和高等院校的创新能力。

Cultivation pattern included cultivation objectives, admission and enrollment, curriculum and teaching, teacher-student relationship, academic assessment, degree-granting and quality assurance. The mechanism of Canadian graduate cultivation pattern which improves creativity of students are: set the objectives of students’ academic criticality, originality and activity, improve academic independency and creativity of students according to discussion, exchange and cooperation during cultivation process, and through multi methods of quality assurance to realize innovation of students and institutions.
