新兴产业创新过程具有明显的网络特征,产业中拥有自主知识产权与管理诀窍的领先企业与以模仿创新为主的跟随企业交互发展,形成了新兴产业创新网络并联模式,构建新兴产业创新网络资源配置函数,将创新网络资源配置最优解扩展为精英种群,应用双层结构的粒子群算法提高了种群的多样性,提高了算法全局搜索能力,实证研究表明提高领先企业的开拓能力、创新网络联系强度、跟随企业的规模化能力是优化创新网络的关键。

The innovation process of emerging industries has obvious network characteristics. Leading enterprises in the industry with independent intellectual property rights and management knack and following enterprises based on imitative innovation grow by continual interplay, and then form the parallel mode of innovation network in emerging industries. We build the resource allocation function of innovation network in emerging industries. The resource allocation of innovation network is extended for the elite population. Application of particle swarm algorithm of double deck structure maintain the diversity of population, and make sure the global searching ability of the algorithm, and also avoid resource allocation of innovation network rest on the local extremum . Empirical studies show that improving the development ability of the leading enterprise, contact strength of the innovation network, scale capacity of the following enterprise is the key to optimize the innovation network.
