理性的开发商总是追求能使开发项目达到相应绿色建筑评价标识所需付出的最低成本,途径之一便是学习行业优秀项目的先进经验。基于此,本文运用DEA-个性优势识别法,确定同一星级绿色建筑中的“个体标杆”与“群体标杆”,以期找到绿色建筑开发商可以学习的标杆项目,同时为客观评价绿色建筑提供依据。

Rational developers always pursuit to the lowest cost for attaining the different ‘Star’ Grades, one of the ways is to learn the advanced experience of the outstanding projects. In this paper, individual benchmarking and group benchmarking were established for a certain Star Grade by using the method of DEA-individual advantage identification, which was attempt to find benchmarking projects can be learned by green building developers. It will provide a basis for objective evaluation of green building.
