对海峡西岸经济区绿色经济发展的机制与制度进行研究为绿色经济的发展提供重要保障。通过对新制度经济学的综述,并根据国外绿色经济发展的机制与制度经验,深入研究海峡西岸经济区绿色经济的市场运行机制、政府干预机制和公众参与机制以及绿色产权制度、绿色税收制度、绿色价格制度、绿色金融制度及非正式制度,从而推动海峡西岸经济区绿色经济的发展。

Study on mechanism and system of the green economy in the economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits provides an important protection for the green economy. Through a review of the new institutional economics, and foreign experience in accordance with the mechanism and system of green economic development, in-depth study of the Economic Zone of the market operation mechanism of the green economy, government intervention mechanisms and public participation mechanisms and property rights system of green, green tax system, green price system, green financial system and informal system, thus promoting the development of green economy the Economic Zone.
