尽管供应商管理库存(VMI)理论上能够使得供应商和买方实现双赢,有效应对牛鞭效应带来的不良影响,但实际操作中,实施VMI的结果不尽人意,供应商常常因为过少的利益而终止合作。相关文献已经证明失败原因主要源于合作方本身。因此,为了规避VMI可能导致的相关损失,无论是供应商或是买方,均需要在VMI合作前挑选合适的合作伙伴,做到未雨绸缪,减少VMI失败的可能性。本文在分析影响VMI成功实施因素的基础上,结合田口损失函数和梯形模糊数,研究了如何选择VMI合作伙伴以降低VMI合作模式失败的可能性。

Although VMI theoretically enables both the supplier and buyer to benefit and abates the effects of bull whip, results of this collaboration are disappointing in practice, suppliers often giving up because of few benefits. Literature has proven the culprit of the failure is participants themselves. Therefore, either suppliers or buyers are advisable to choose the appropriate entity to cooperate in the way of VMI in order to sidestep related loss caused by VMI failure. Based on the analysis of success factors of VMI implementation, this paper studies how to choose the proper entity to implement VMI in a combinative way of Taguchi loss function and Trapezoidal fuzzy number, reducing the possibility of failure.
