食品质量可追溯监管研究：现状与展望

Research on the Traceability Regulation of Food Quality: Status and Prospect

摘要:

本文从信息追溯理解下的食品质量可追溯监管理论研究，责任追溯理解下的食品质量可追溯监管理论研究，以及食品质量可追溯监管政策效果的实证评价三个方面，对当前食品质量可追溯监管研究的现状作了简要概括，指出现有研究存在的不足，并对未来研究趋势作了展望。

Abstract:

It is the great theoretical and practical issues to establish a regulatory system of food quality which is the most stringent and covering the entire process, that is seriously put forward at the third plenary session of the eighteenth central committee our party. In this paper, present research are firstly summarized to three aspects ,which are the theoretical research based on information traceability, the theoretical research based on liability traceability, and the empirical evaluation of the effects of regulatory policy. And then the limitations of existing research are pointed out, the future development of research is also prospected.
