Abstract:With the super-DEA model which is based on the input oriented,this paper estimates the CO2 emission efficiency in Chinese 36 industrial sectors during 2000-2011; and then analyzes the Dynamic depict through absolute β convergence and kernel density estimation. The results show that: the industrial average CO2 emission efficiency is 0.677, which is relatively lower. In the measure of the CO2 emission efficiency, the efficiency of light industry was the highest, followed by heavy, mining and supply; Absolute β convergence shows that the whole industy, mining and heavy industry through the convergence test, having catch-up effect to the high CO2 emission efficiency of industrial sectors; Through kernel density estimation, the CO2 emission efficiency of the whole industry and the four categories have been varying degrees of improvement, while there are differences between the various movements in distinct categories industy.
