在当今学习型组织发展“过热”的形势下,文章通过回答什么是学习型组织,为什么要建立学习型组织,怎样建立学习型组织以及如何评价学习型组织这四个问题,对学习型组织的研究现状进行了系统地梳理,给出了从学习结果入手定义的学习型组织的概念,提出了用直接法评价学习型组织的思路,并对将来需要进一步开展的工作进行了展望。

In today’s “overheat” situation of the learning organization, the article makes a systematic carding on the status of learning organization through the answer to what is the learning organization, why to build learning organization, how to establish a learning organization and how to evaluate it. The author gives the concept of the learning organization from the results of organizational learning and also proposes an idea in evaluating the learning organization with a direct method. At last, some further work in needed has been prospected.
