[摘要]
基于吸收能力理论,通过研发合作,企业可以提高其自身的创新效率。本文以深圳中小板上市企业为样本,研究了研发合作是否促进了企业创新绩效的提高？竞争性研发合作和非竞争性研发合作的作用效果是否存在差异？实证结果表明,竞争性研发合作和非竞争性研发合作在研发投入与专利产出之间都起到了正向调节作用,并且,非竞争性研发合作的调节效应要强一些。

Based on Absorptive capacity theory, the corporation could raised the effective of innovation through R D collaboration, this paper based on listed companies of Shenzhen SME board, studies could R D subsidies of our country help improve innovation performance of enterprise? whether differences exist or not between competitive R D collaboration and non-competitive R D collaboration? The empirical results shows that Both R D collaboration and non-competitive R D collaboration played a positive role between R D investment and innovation performance, in addition, the non-competitive R D collaboration is stronger than competitive R D collaboration.
