选取1996-2012年我国高技术产业总产值和R D人员的数据,采用协整分析和格兰杰因果检验分析,对我国高技术产业产业成长与科研人才关系进行验证,并建立了二者的误差修正模型。结果表明:二者存在着长期的动态均衡关系,科研人才是高技术产业成长的格兰杰原因。这说明在我国高技术产业的成长期,二者没有形成良性的双向作用关系。

According to the data on R D talents and total output value of high-tech industry during 1996-2012,this paper uses co-integration anlaysis and granger causality test anlaysis to find out the relationship between S T talent and industry growth of high-tech industry and establishes an error correction model.The result shows that the R D talents and high-tech industry growth have an a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship and R D talents are the granger cause of high-tech industry growth.This suggests that R D talents and high-tech industry growth does not have a two-way relationship during the growth stage of high-tech industry.
