区域高技术产业引进消化吸收再创新DEA效率研究

摘要:

高技术产业作为知识经济时代的支柱产业在整个国民经济发展中的重要地位越来越明显。本文运用DEA方法对我国区域27个省市高技术产业引进消化吸收再创新效率进行实证研究,对比分析2009-2011年度和2010-2012年度效率值,发现我国区域高技术产业技术引进和消化吸收再创新两阶段效率都有所提高,系统总效率从0.373提高到0.430,提高了15.3%。但是区域间效率差异明显,为实现区域协调发展,提出一些对策建议。

Abstract:

High-tech industry as a pillar industry of the knowledge economy era is becoming more and more obvious important position of the whole national economic development. This paper uses DEA method to empirical research of introduction digestion, absorption and innovation efficiency of high technology industry of 27 provinces and cities in China, and comparative analysis of 2009-2011 and 2010-2012 annual efficiency value, which found that the regional high-tech industry technology introduction and digestion, absorption and innovation of two stage efficiency is improved, the system total efficiency is increased from 0.373 to 0.373, increased by 15.3%. But efficiency differences between regional is clear, which to achieve regional harmonious development, put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions.
