卓越绩效模式为组织不断改善经营管理提供了创新的管理方法和评价依据。本文利用卓越绩效模式为框架,并结合实施方法和过程对浙江省政府质量奖运行情况进行综合研究,找出其现行实施中的薄弱环节,提出了相应对策,加以改进从而使组织不断地进步和提高。

Performance excellence model provides the basis for the management and evaluation of innovation for the organization to continuously improve operation management. By utilizing the framework of performance excellence model and looking into the implement means and process of the model, this study conducts a comprehensive research on the operating situation of Government Quality Award of Zhejiang Province, so as to find out the weaknesses in its implement and put forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement, so that organizations can make further progress and development.
