小城镇信息化发展水平评价指标体系是测算、评价小城镇信息化程度的重要依据。依据《国家信息化指标构建方案》,参考城市信息化及农业信息化发展水平测算及评价体系,根据我国小城镇信息化发展的特点,通过问卷调查、专家咨询法和实践检验等方法,主要从小城镇信息化基础设施、信息资源、信息技术、信息化人才、信息化环境5个方面共选择21个指标构建了小城镇信息化发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定各指标的权重,并以陕西省宝鸡市法门镇为例对该指标体系进行了验证。该指标体系能够客观地反映当地小城镇信息化发展的水平。

The evaluation index system of informatization is the important basis for the measurement and evaluation of small towns. Combined with the national informatization construction scheme, in reference to the information development level measurement and evaluation system of city and agricultural informatization, according to the characteristics of the development of informatization of small towns in China, through the questionnaire survey, expert consultation method and practical test method, mainly from five aspects of the small town of information infrastructure, information resources, the application of information technology, information industry, information talents, information environment to construct the evaluation index system of development level of informatization of small towns, this system is mainly composed of 22 indexes, the weight of each index was determined by using entropy method, and taking Famen town of Baoji city in Shaanxi province as an example to verify the index system. The indicator system can objectively reflect the development informatization level of the local small town.
