为有效应对城市共同配送风险,避免传统评价方法中人的主观性对风险评价结果的影响,研究城市共同配送风险模糊综合评价模型,提出三角模糊数与模糊综合评价相结合的评价方法。利用三角模糊数法确定城市共同配送风险因素各评价指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法建立风险因素的综合评价矩阵,结合模糊数学运算方法对结果进行计算,以若干家从事共同配送业务的物流公司为例进行实证分析,得出城市共同配送的风险状况,为城市共同配送风险评价提供一种新的方法。

To effectively deal with the urban joint distribution risk, avoid the influence of the subjectivity to the risk assessment results in traditional evaluation method, we research the city joint distribution risk evaluation model, and put forward the evaluation methods with the combination of triangular fuzzy number and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Method of triangular fuzzy number is used to determine the the weight of each evaluation index, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the risk factors evaluation matrix, and the results are calculated through combining the fuzzy mathematics method. With a number of joint distribution logistics companies as examples for the empirical analysis, get risk conditions of the urban joint distribution, and provide a new method of urban joint distribution risk assessment.
