助力我国制造业低碳化进步,针对现有低碳化评价实施框架中评价指标不完善,评价方法动态性不强的缺陷,构建基于经济、科技、能源、碳排和环境的制造业低碳化发展水平五维评价体系,应用状态转移矩阵和集对分析的耦合模型,以2006-2012年我国制造业面板数据为基期进行分析,动态评价和测算了2006-2015年我国制造业低碳化发展路径和发展态势,根据研究结论为促进我国制造业低碳化进步提出建议和启示。

In order to promote the manufacturing low-carbon level process in China. In view of the defects that existing low carbon evaluation framework and the dynamic of evaluation methods are not perfect, the paper constructs a manufacturing low-carbon level index from the aspects of economy, technology, energy, carbon emission and environment, by using the method of set pair analysis model which combining state transition matrix, applies it on manufacturing industry panel data from 2006 to 2012, evaluation and prediction the low-carbon level of manufacturing development path and situation and from 2006 to 2015. According to the research conclusion , give the suggestions and enlightenment in order to promote China"s low carbon manufacturing advances.
