[摘要]
学术论文发表是衡量研究生科研能力和学术水平的重要标志,高校要求研究生在读期间发表一定数量的学术论文这一举措是研究生培养管理过程中的重要举措。本文采用发表论文数、研究生招生人数等指标,结合2008-2012年暨南大学理工医类研究生发表论文的相关数据,进行学科、期刊级别等方面横纵向对比分析。研究发现当前理工医类研究生发表论文质量有了一定的提升,但由于研究生培养机制和培养模式的滞后使得理工医类研究生科研能力仍有待加强。最后本文针对暨南大学和其他高校存在的问题提出提高科研能力的建议和途径。

This publication is an important indicator to measure academic graduate research ability and academic level,and it is an important measure of postgraduate training management by requiring students to publish a certain number of papers . This article did comparative analysis in thesis subject, periodicals and other aspects within horizontal and vertical level by using number of published papers, graduates indicators, the analysis is for Graduate Institute of Jinan University from 2008 to 2012.It found out that the quality of students’ papers has been improved,but because of the postgraduate training mechanisms and mode remainning to be strengthened,we would figure out the reason and put forword proposals for improving the reasearch capacity of the issues.
