内地对香港直接投资的产业选择探析

Analysis of China’s outwards FDI to Hong Kong from industrial selection perspective

摘要:

中国对外直接投资的重要战略目标，是借助外部市场与资源进行国内产业结构调整，从而实现产业升级。近年来，内地对香港投资规模迅速扩大，香港已成为中国内地对外投资的最大目的地。因此，研究内地对香港直接投资的产业选择与国内的经济增长方式转变与产业结构转型升级具有重要的现实意义。全文从国内产业结构转型升级的现实状况出发，以分析内地对香港直接投资的产业选择与国内产业升级转型的互动与结合为依据，构建内地对香港直接投资的基准要求，探讨内地对香港直接投资产业选择的态势与格局，并依次进行实证分析和提出相关的结论与建议。

Abstract:

The important strategic goal of China’s outwards FDI, is to realize the domestic industrial upgrading resorting to the external market and resource. In recent years, the scales of outwards FDI from China’s to Hong Kong grows rapidly, Hong Kong has become the largest destination of China’s outwards FDI. Thus, study on the China’s outwards FDI to Hong Kong and domestic style of economic growth as well as domestic industrial upgrading has realistic meaning. Proceeding from reality of China’s industrial upgrading, this paper builds benchmark requirement of China’s outwards FDI to Hongkong, and analyzes its industrial layout and development trend from the perspective of industrial distribution. Based on the above analysis, this paper conducts empirical analysis and puts forward relative policy advice.
