高校科研质量评价指标体系研究*

Study on the Evaluation Index System of the Quality of Scientific Research in Colleges and Universities

摘要:

建立科学规范的评价指标体系是高校科研质量评价工作的重要内容。文章在文献分析和专家咨询的基础上,阐释了高校科研质量的内涵,通过大样本问卷调查,采用因子分析法,对高校科研质量评价指标进行了筛选和层级的划分,并根据因子贡献率和因子得分系数等数理推导,计算出了各层级指标的权重值。研究结果表明,高校科研质量可以划分为条件质量、过程质量和成果质量三个维度,指标体系分别由11个二级指标和62个三级指标构成。这一指标体系的构建将为高校改进科研质量和提升创新能力提供理论和现实的参考依据。

Abstract:

It is an important part of the evaluation of the quality of university research to establish a scientific and standardized evaluation system. On the basis of literature analysis and expert advice, this thesis interprets the connotation of the quality of scientific research in colleges and universities; through large sample surveys, using factor analysis, the evaluation index of the quality of university research has been screened and divided into levels; according to factor contribution rate and factor score coefficients and other mathematical derivation, the weight of the index of each level are calculated. The results show that the quality of scientific research in colleges and universities can be divided into three dimensions, namely, condition quality, process quality and outcome quality and the index system is composed of 11 second- class indexes and 62 third- class indexes. The construction of this index system will provide theoretical and practical reference for the enhancement of scientific research quality and the improvement of creative capability in colleges and universities.
