本文通过使用2007-2013年中小板上市公司的面板数据,结合随机边界效率分析方法,检验CEO四种权力对科技型中小企业技术创新效率的影响,实证研究结果表明CEO拥有更多的权力确实能够提高中小企业技术创新效率。

This study uses panel data analysis to examine the effects of CEO power on technical innovation efficiency not innovation per se in Chinese sic-tech small and medium-sized enterprises from 2007 to 2013. Stochastic frontier analysis method is applied to obtain efficiency estimates and then find that CEO power can really enhance sic-tech SMEs’ technical innovation efficiency.
