产业技术联盟冲突是影响成员创新绩效的重要因素,而不同的冲突类型对成员创新绩效的影响方式和程度不尽相同。通过产业技术联盟不同冲突类型影响成员创新绩效的系统动力学建模和仿真分析,得到联盟过程冲突和关系冲突与成员创新绩效间具有负向相关关系,而任务冲突与成员创新绩效间具有正向相关关系的结论。

Conflict Industrial Technologies and Innovation Strategic Alliance is an important influence factor of its members’ innovation performance, and different conflict type has the different influence mechanics. From the Systems Dynamics Analysis between Different Conflict Type of Industrial Technologies and Innovation Strategic Alliance and its members’ innovation performance, this paper obtainedSconclusions that there had negativeScorrelation between processSconflict and its members’ innovationSperformance, and the same to relationshipSconflict, but here had positiveScorrelation between Stask conflict and its members’ innovationSperformance.
