产品废弃物的回收处置和再利用是LCC理论和循环经济的重要内容。文章基于全生命周期成本视角,以废旧产品的收集、拆卸到再出售这一回收处置流程为基础构建成本-收益计量方法,采用Eco-indicater99法得到生态指数,建立回收处置过程的综合模型。最后通过模拟回收阶段不同材质的废弃发动机缸体的经济效益数据与生态效益数据,表明通过对环境影响大的材料尽可能重复利用等方法能够降低产品LCC及对环境的影响,从而优化产品设计。

Waste disposal and products re-utilization problem is an important part of LCC theory and circular economy. We set up a cost-benefit econometric model based on the disposal process from collecting、disassembling to reselling, using Eco-indicater99 method to get the eco-index, then establish a comprehensive evaluation model of recycling process. Finally, by simulating the economic and ecological benefits data about different materials waste engine block in recovery stage,the result indicates that method of reusing materials of large impact on the environment and others are possible to reduce the product LCC and their environmental impact, as a result helps to optimize product design.
