近年来,通过在线社区聚集起来的消费者表现出强大的创新潜力,引起实践者与理论者的广泛关注。目前,消费者创新逐渐成为一个重要的研究领域,但国内的研究相对匮乏。基于对相关实证研究文献的梳理,本文从创新主体、创新过程与创新整合三个视角对目前的研究现状进行了深入分析,最后讨论了目前研究中存在的不足与未来的发展方向。

In recent years,consumers,who gather through online communities,have exhibited strong innovation potential and thus caught wide attention of practitioners and researchers.At present,consumer innovation research,which is relatively scarce in China,has gradually become an important research field.Based on a review of related empirical research literature,the paper thoroughly analyses the present situation of the research from three perspectives of subject,process and integration of innovation,finally discusses the defective fields and looks forward to the future directions of the research.
