协同创新中心是根据高等教育发展规律和社会发展需求而培育组建的创新组织,其具有多元性、冲突性、实体性和独立性等特点,与高校及其内部组织存在较大差异。根据其先天具有的产权特征和事实存在的委托—代理关系,研究协同创新中心治理的基本方向、制度安排、检验标准等问题,将有助于各中心构建和完善内部治理结构,以实现中心建设效益特别是社会效益的最大化。

Collaborative Innovation Center is an innovative organization set up and cultivated according to the regularity of higher education and the needs of social development, which has the feature of diversity, conflict, substantive and independence and has the big difference with the university and its internal organization. According to its innate characteristics of property rights and the existence of principal-agent relationship, research on the basic direction, system arrangement, inspection standards and other issues of Collaborative Innovation Center management will help the center to construct and improve the internal governance structure, in order to realize the maximization of the center’s construction benefit especially the social benefit.
