随着发达国家“新工业革命”的提出,作为世界制造大国的中国也将作为制造业基石的装备制造业发展提上国家战略层面。中国在全球装备制造高端回流、中低端分流压力下欲在全球产业链中占领一席之地,向服务型装备制造发展势在必行。本文在分析服务型装备制造不同于传统生产型装备制造的基础上通过价值链分析服务型装备制造的价值生成机制,以此为基础对装备制造企业向服务转型的战略路径进行设计,并对其重点内涵进行辨析。通过本文的研究一方面希望填补服务型装备制造价值生成机制及转型路径研究的不足,同时希望对我国装备制造向服务转型提供借鉴与指导。

Under the background of “New Industrial Revolution” of developed countries, China as the great power of manufacturing has promoted machinery and equipment manufacturing(MEM) industry, which is the footstone of manufacturing industry to national strategy level. It is necessary to develop service-oriented MEM if China intends to have a position in the high-end of industrial chain under the bilateral pressure from high-end backflow to developed countries and middle & low-end flow to developing countries. In this paper, firstly, the characteristics of service-oriented MEM is analyzed by comparing the product-oriented MEM; then the value generative mechanism of service-oriented MEM is analyzed based on the value chain structure analysis; based on the above analysis, the transformation path is designed and the key points are identified in detail. Through the paper, we hope that we can fill in the gaps in current studies as well as provide strategic guidance to enterprises that intend to transform to service-oriented MEM.
