开发区现已成为区域经济发展和创新的重要载体,“一区多园”模式可以将不同开发区整合为一个有序、有效交换的利益共生系统。本文基于共生理论,探讨了“一区多园”共生系统的组成和形成条件,并以上海漕河泾新兴技术开发区为实证案例,分析了其共生系统的成功经验,以期对开发区转型升级提供可行性参考。

Development zone has become the vital carrier of regional economic development and innovation. The development mode of “one zone with multiple parks” can integrate different development zone as an orderly and effective-exchanged interest symbiosis system. The article, based on the symbiosis theory, discusses the composition and formation condition of “one zone with multiple parks” symbiosis system, then analyzes the successful experience of the symbiotic system by taking Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park as an example. Finally the article is expected to offer a feasible reference to upgrade the development zone.
