针对区域产业集群识别与选择的难题，本文以江西省工业行业为例，从“行业识别”和“区域比较”两个方面构建了双维两阶段筛选模型，首轮“行业识别”阶段运用因子分析法确定产业集群培育的12个工业重点行业，“区域比较”阶段根据产业规模、同行业企业数量、产业链延伸规模、行业集中度、技术创新水平、品牌建设能力等指标，运用聚类分析法对江西省区域产业集群进行动态筛选，将产业集群区分为优势型、成长型和潜力型三种类型。

Aiming to sovle identification and selection problem in regional industrial cluster, this paper construct double-dimension and two-stage screening model from industry recognition and regional comparison aspects by taking Jiangxi industry as an example. In the stage of industry recognition, we use Factor Analysis Method to get the 12 key industries among the cultivation of industrial clusters of Jiangxi. During the regional comparison stage, we use Clustering Analysis Method to get the industrial clusters dynamically based on indexs including industry scale, enterprise numbers in the same industry, chain extension scale, concentration degree, technological innovation level, brand building ability and so on. In the end, the industrial clusters can be distinguished as the dominant, growing and potential type.
