发明问题解决理论(TRIZ理论)属于问题驱动型理论,管理领域应用TRIZ的首要条件是管理问题的发现。但是管理创新问题却较为模糊与不易发现,而已有相关研究往往忽略了该问题。因此提出了问题驱动的TRIZ管理创新体系,强调了管理问题发现的重要性,包括问题预测、问题定义、问题分析和问题解决四个模块。在以往的基于TRIZ的管理创新研究中,鲜有研究针对 “问题预测”模块展开研究。技术系统进化法则是有效的问题预测与发现工具,通过对比分析技术系统与组织系统的异同,首次尝试给出了基于TRIZ的组织系统进化法则。

TRIZ is a problem-driven theory, and the first step to apply TRIZ on management domain is management-problem-finding. However, the management innovation problem is kind of indefinite and not so easy to discover. In fact, previous researches ignored this problem. Therefore, this paper puts forward a problem-driven management innovation system based on TRIZ, which emphasizes the importance of problem-finding, including problem-finding module, problem-definition module, problem-analysis module and problem-solution module. What’s more, the previous researches seldom specially studied the problem-finding module. Technological Evolution Theory is an effective means to predict and discovery problem. By contrasting the organization system and technological system, this paper first attempt to discuss the content of Organization System Evolution Theory based on TRIZ.
