项目联盟作为一种相对新颖的项目管理模式,其成功实施对于改善和提高工程项目的效率成效显著。总结了国外有关项目联盟主要成功因素的研究现状,通过内在逻辑关联分析初步归纳影响项目联盟成功的主要因素,结合项目联盟成功标准,构建了基于粗糙集理论的项目联盟成功关键影响因素分析模型,提炼出了项目联盟成功的关键影响因素,包括对联盟成员的选择、沟通水平、联盟激励机制、联盟领导者能力,最后从项目联盟的生命周期视角予以划分,研究结论对于提高我国工程项目管理水平,促使项目成功具有重要意义。

Project alliance as a new project management model its successful implementation is effective to improve and enhance the efficiency of the engineering project. Summarized the research status of foreign related project alliance main success factors, through semantic classification initially conclude the main influence factors of project alliance success. Based on rough set theory, factors that are critical to the success of project alliance are identified taking into account the successful criteria of project alliance success. Inclusive selection of team members, communication level, alliance incentive mechanism, alliance leadership, then classified them according to the life cycle perspective. To improve the level of project management in our country and the project ultimately success would be significant.
