高新区的创新能力和对经济的引领作用得到了普遍的认可,但作为其创新能力的支撑体系的高新区创新系统却缺乏深入的解析。本文依据生态学思想搭建出园区创新生态系统结构性投入产出指标体系,采用数据挖掘技术深入集群“黑箱”来探悉其创新能力与演化的内在机理,阐释相互之间及与高新区整体创新能力的关系。研究发现集群创新种群生态投入与创新产出有很强的正向关系,创新环境对创新投入有很强的正向作用。根据此研究结果,高新区可结合创新生态系统内在投入因子、环境因子来差异化来建设创新型高新区,对提升园区创新能力具有强的现实价值。

The strong promotion of High-tech Zone’s innovation ability to economic development has been recongnized generally,but there is short of deep understanding in innovation system of hi-tech industries development zone.This paper build an input-output index system of Innovation Ecosystem in High-tech Zone based on ecology thought,using data mining technology to analysis innovation capability and internal mechanism of High-tech Zone’evolution,and to find relationship between them.Research shows that innovation ecological input have strong positive relationship to innovation output;environment of innovation have strong positive relationship to innovation ecological input.According to the result of research,
