为了探究战略性新兴产业的创新驱动发展内涵,在构建技术创新与战略性新兴产业复合系统协同度模型和采用2000—2012年我国有关数据进行测量基础上,运用格兰杰因果检验和脉冲响应模型进行实证分析。研究结果显示,我国工艺、产品创新与战略性新兴产业系统的协同度呈波动上升趋势,工艺、产品创新对战略性新兴产业高端化的推动作用显著,而产业高端化对工艺、产品创新的促进作用尚未显现。推动战略性新兴产业高端化需要通过完善创新资源整合与激励机制等推动工艺、产品创新。

Technological innovation is the key to promoting high-end of Strategic Emerging Industries, high-end of Strategic Emerging Industries and process innovation, product innovation constitute a complex system. Based on building the collaborative model of complex system and using 2000-2012 data to empirically measure and analyze the collaborative degree of complex system constituted by the technological innovation and high-end of Strategic Emerging Industries, use Granger causality test and impulse response analysis to analyze the reasons for changes of collaborative degrees. The complex system collaborative degree of Chinese high-tech industry technology innovation and Strategic Emerging Industries to high-end appears fluctuated rising trend. Process innovation and product innovation play a significant role of the high-end of Strategic Emerging Industries, while the role of high-tech industry to promote technology innovation is not obvious. So that we should take some effective measures, such as establishing idea of using technological innovation to enhance Strategic Emerging Industries to high-end; actively encourage high-tech enterprises implement the strategy of product innovation, perfect integrated and incentives mechanisms of technological innovation.
