随着社会经济的成熟发展,竞争情报帮助企业获取可持续竞争力的重要作用日趋体现。而目前我国的企业竞争情报服务体系尚未搭建,未能广泛、有效地面向企业开展竞争情报服务活动。本文简要分析原因,提出竞争情报服务机构紧扣“用户服务与解决问题”这两个创新维度,与企业联合共建情报服务基站,通过机制模式的创新,充分把握企业用户在不同阶段的不同需求,提供精简有效、可操作实施、能解决某一实际问题的竞争情报解决方案,以点带面,重塑服务模式,逐步丰富和优化服务内容、持续有效地提升企业的核心竞争力,藉此推动竞争情报在我国企业,尤其是大中型中的广泛应用,争取政府的关注与支持,逐步构建我国的竞争情报服务体系。

With the mature development of social economy, the competitive intelligence help enterprises to obtain sustainable competitiveness of the important role day by day. But at present our country enterprise competitive intelligence service system has not been set up, not widely and effectively for enterprises to develop competitive intelligence service activities.In this paper, the brief analysis of the reason, puts forward the competitive intelligence service stick to "customer service and problem solving" the two dimension of innovation, combined with the enterprise to build information service station, through the mechanism model of innovation, fully grasp the needs of business users in different stages, provide a concise, effective and operational implementation, can solve some practical problems of competitive intelligence solution, by point with surface, reshape the service mode, gradually enrich and optimize the service content and effectively improve the enterprise"s core competitiveness, through which to promote competitive intelligence in enterprises in our country, especially widely used in large and medium-sized, strive for the government"s concern and support, gradually building the competitive intelligence service system of our country.
