现代生物科技的发展为人类文明进步带来新福利的同时,其“双刃剑”的负效应逐渐显现出来,且直接指向了人类自身。如何从技术哲学的视角看待认识这一新问题,需从现代生物科技安全概念和特征入手,列举现代生物科技安全问题的种种表现,分析现代生物科技安全问题的根源,并提出防范现代生物科技安全问题的对策和建议。

With the development of modern bio-technology, it not only have been brought new welfare for human civilized progress, but also gradually revealed the negative effects of "Double-edged sword", and its directly damaged to the human themselves.
