Abstract:With the continuous advancement of technology, managing and implementing large science projects is a strategic initiative to enhance national core competitiveness and sustainable development capacity. Based on case analysis and contrastive analysis, this dissertation classifies and analyzes the organizational management patterns of large science projects. In paper, several typical cases in America, Japan and China are chosen to contrast the difference of those organizational structures from applicable condition, subject of leadership, the structural efficiency and integrity. Then, combined with the macro-technological environment of large science projects in different countries, this paper analyzes the proper ways to make rational referring of the foreign organizational management patterns in the current situation. In the end, several recommendations are offered to improve the organization and management capabilities of large science projects further more.
