调研我国交通行业大型科学仪器资源情况，分析仪器分布、管理、利用等特征，进而利用资源共享、产权等理论深入剖析阻碍大型科学仪器开放共享的障碍及原因，在此基础上提出推进行业大型科学仪器开放共享的对策建议。

This paper researched the transport large-sized scientific instrumentation resources, analyzed distribution, management and utilization of instrumentation, and then decomposed obstacles and the reasons of the sharing use of large-sized scientific instrumentation using resource sharing theory and property rights theory . On this basis, this paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions for promoting sharing use of large-sized scientific instrumentation.
