通过对知识产权质押融资过程中的风险因素进行分析,运用人工神经网络BP算法,建立了BP神经网络模型对科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资风险进行研究,结果显示BP神经网络对科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资风险进行评价具有较高的精度,BP神经网络模型可以成为科技型中小企业进行知识产权质押融资风险评价的一种有效的方法。

This paper is to analysis risk factors in the process of intellectual property pledge financing and use BP neural network algorithm. A BP neural network model is established to study the risk of intellectual property pledge financing of small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology. The results show that BP neural network has higher accuracy for the intellectual property pledge financing of small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology. It can be an effective method to evaluate the risk of intellectual property pledge financing in the small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology.
