造成女性科技人才高端缺失的原因极为复杂。从女性科技人才在不同学科领域分布差异、性别歧视和传统文化等三个方面研究对女性科技人才发展的影响,通过数据分析、调查问卷和博弈分析等方法和手段,发现女性在数学能力的天然劣势和传统文化对女性角色定位等影响了女性科技人才的发展。该研究将对指导女性科技人才发展具有重要的参考价值。

The cause of why female scientists and technicians lacked in China is extremely complex. The influence factors to the development of female scientists and technicians are studied from three aspects of distribution, gender discrimination and traditional culture. We find that the natural inferiority of the female in the mathematical ability and the traditional culture are the most important influence factors to the development of female scientists and technicians through data analysis, questionnaire and game analysis. This study has important reference value for guiding the development of female scientists and technicians.
