知识产权保护能否促进文化产业集聚？——基于安徽省的实证分析

Will Intellectual Property Protection Promote Cultural Industrial Agglomeration?——An Empirical Analysis of Anhui Province

摘要:

知识产权保护力度对文化产业集聚的重要影响在互联网时代显得格外重要,但安徽省内的相关研究目前尚处于空缺状态。基于此,文章测度安徽省文化产业集聚水平,并研究了知识产权保护力度、科技创新水平、人力资本等因素对文化产业集聚的影响。结果表明：安徽省文化产业集聚在2005-2009年期间呈现上升态势,2009年达到最大集聚水平,2010年后有所回落,2014年相比于2013年有所回升；在控制科技、人才和宽容三项因素之后,知识产权保护力度的加强有利于地区文化产业集聚程度的提高。这一结论对于政府部门制定知识产权保护政策来促进文化产业集聚,进而推动安徽省文化产业的发展,具有较强的现实指导意义。

Abstract:

The role of Intellectual Property Protection to Cultural industrial agglomeration is becoming more and more important in the age of Internet. However, there were no relevant research about this in Anhui Province. Therefore, this paper calculated the degree of Cultural industrial agglomeration and analyzed the roles of intellectual property protection, technological innovation, human capital as well as other factors to Cultural industrial agglomeration. The empirical results show that: the degree of Cultural industrial agglomeration in Anhui Province has presented a trend of increase from 2005 to 2009, coming to the maximum in 2009 and picked up in 2014 after a fall from 2010. The intellectual property protection is beneficial to Cultural industrial agglomeration in Anhui Province after controlling the effects of technology, talent and tolerance. This conclusion is meaningful for government to improve the degree of Cultural industrial agglomeration and develop Cultural Industry by making policies of intellectual property protection in Anhui Province.
