基于吸收能力的研究视角,探讨开放式创新背景下创新网络中网络结构、吸收能力与创新绩效之间的关系；依据经典文献,对网络规模、网络密度、组织内部管理因素与潜在吸收能力、实际吸收能力的关系,实际吸收能力与创新绩效的关系进行梳理,并在此基础上构建概念模型,进行实证验证。通过227家样本企业的调研问卷,结果表明,开放式创新背景下创新网络中的网络规模、网络密度均显著促进潜在吸收能力的提升,潜在吸收能力有利于实际吸收能力的提升,组织内部管理因素在潜在吸收能力与实际吸收能力间起调节作用,实际吸收能力的提升最终有利于创新绩效的提高,吸收能力在网络结构与创新绩效的关系中起完全中介作用。

Based on the View of the absorptive capacity, and to explore the relationship between innovation network, the absorption capacity and innovation performance under the background of open innovation; based on classic literature, to sort out the relationship between network size, network density, internal management factors and potential absorptive capacity, the realized absorptive capacity, and examine the relationship between the realized absorptive capacity and innovation performance, and build the conceptual models through the use of 227 samples empirical enterprise. The results show that, under the open innovation background network size, network density significantly promote the upgrading of potential absorptive capacity, the potential absorptive capacity will help improve the realized absorptive capacity, internal management factors will help the potential absorptive capacity transformative to the realized absorptive capacity, the realized absorptive capacity will help improve innovation performance, the absorptive capacity play fully mediated the relationship between innovation network and innovation performance.
