在界定智能城市绿色创新生态系统内涵的基础上，构建了智能城市绿色创新生态系统模型。该模型是一个概念化模型，该模型的技术突破和创新过程能为城市可持续发展提供方向指引。该模型包含基础层、绿色层、互联层、物联层、集成层、应用层和创新层等七个层级。最后从营造开放的绿色创新环境、促进城市绿色创新主体的成长和集聚、构建城市绿色创新信息网络共享平台等三方面提出了智能城市绿色创新生态系统模型应用的政策建议。

On the basis of definiting the connotation of smart city green innovation ecosystem, this paper builds the model of smart city green innovation ecosystem. This model is a conceptual model. The technological breakthroughs and innovation processmodel of the model provide direction for urban sustainable development. The model consists of seven levels, which include base layer, green layer, connected layer, physical layer, integration layer, application layer and innovation. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from creating an environment of open and green innovation, promoting the growth and agglomeration of the urban green innovation main body, constructing information network sharing platform of urban green innovation.
