2014年年初,广东省高新技术企业共有七千多家,总产值达三万亿元,但高新技术企业却普遍存在着融资难问题,不利于企业将其高新技术进行产业化、商业化,以及进行下一步的技术研发。知识产权证券化是一种低成本、高效率的新型融资渠道,有效解决了高新技术企业的融资难题。在知识产权证券化可行性的基础上,以广东省高新技术企业的融资现状为研究对象,就广东省高新技术产业知识产权证券化面临的发展瓶颈,提出相应对策及相关建议。

In early 2014, Guangdong has more than 7 thousand high-tech enterprises with an output value of 3 trillion Yuan RMB. However, the financing difficulty problems do exist in high-tech enterprises is not conducive to the enterprises’ industrialization and commercialization, seriously restricting enterprises’ further technology research ability and their development. The intellectual property securitization is a new kind of low-cost financing channel to solve the problem of difficulty financing with high efficiency. Based on the feasibility of the securitization of intellectual property rights, this paper regards on the financing situation of high-tech enterprises in Guangdong Province as the research object. Aimed at the bottleneck that high-tech industry intellectual property securitization faces in Guangdong Province, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
