粤港农产品供应链质量安全监管技术研究

Research on Quality and Safety Supervision Technology of Agricultural Products Supply Chain between Guangdong and Hong Kong

摘要:

本文采用文献研究与实证研究相结合的方法，基于供应链的视角，探究粤港农产品供应链质量安全监管技术。研究表明，粤港农产品质量安全水平较高的主要原因为：多重监管、不断创新技术、基地供应为主、信息传递畅通、法律法规完善等等。但是，尽管粤港农产品供应链模式监管技术有效，内地不能完全照搬，而应结合实际政治和经济环境而有所借鉴。

Abstract:

This paper combines literature research with empirical research method, and based on the perspective of supply chain, explores agricultural products supply chain quality safety supervision technology between Guangdong and Hong Kong. It is concluded that the main reasons of quality safety level is higher when agricultural products are supplied from Guangdong for Hong Kong are the multiple regulatory, innovative technology, mainly supply bases, smooth information transmission and perfect laws and regulations and so on. Although this agricultural products supply chain supervision technology is effective, the mainland can not be completely copy its method. It should combine the actual political and economic environment for reference.
