产学研合作与创新绩效之间关系的研究是知识管理领域的热点问题之一。在文献整理与归纳的基础上,提出了产学研合作与创新绩效之间关系的假设模型。通过国内外主要文献数据库的查找,以及离群值和偏倚性检验,最终获得39篇相互独立的样本文献。经Meta分析方法处理后,研究得到了以下结论：产学研合作对创新绩效存在显著的正向关联；产学研合作对创新绩效的影响随时间因素和文化差异的变化而变化；当产学研合作为多维结构以及研究模型为结构模型时,产学研合作对创新绩效的作用更显著；中介变量的存在情况未能显著调节两者之间的相关关系。

The relationship between university–industry collaborations and innovation performance has become a hot issue on knowledge management research. Based on the literature review, it put forward a hypothetical model of the relationship between university–industry collaborations and innovation performance and got 39 independent empirical documents from major domestic and foreign literature database. By Meta-analysis, it reached the following conclusions: Firstly, it shows that there is a significant positive relationship between university–industry collaborations and innovation performance; Secondly, the influence on innovation performance may change with the alteration of time and cultural background. Thirdly, the university–industry collaborations has more obvious effect on innovation performance for the existence of multi-dimensional structure of independent variable and structure model. Finally, the existence of the mediating variables failed to significantly adjust the relationship between university–industry collaborations and innovation performance.
