海岛地区海洋产业发展面临产业创新能级低的问题。从创新网络的视角出发,运用Gephi、Arcgis等软件对专利数据和论文数据进行分析,以舟山市定海区为例,刻画其2000—2014年的合作创新网络演化。研究显示:(1)定海区海洋产业的创新网络发展实现了从高校和研究所推动到以高校和大型企业为主要创新推动力的转变;(2)定海区海洋产业的创新知识获取以浙江省内合作为主,但其合作范围逐步增大,呈现良好势头;(3)经济危机对定海区海洋产业发展产生了极大的冲击,说明创新能级低的产业竞争力不高、抗风险能力弱。尽快构建海洋产业创新网络,提升创新能级对提升定海区海洋产业综合竞争力有重要意义。

As confronted with the low level of industrial innovation,this article depicts Dinghai district in Zhoushan of the evolution of cooperation innovation network from 2000—2014, analyzing patent and paper data using softwares of Gephi and Arcgis. It shows: (1) The main driving force for innovation network of Dinghai marine industry changes from universities and research institutes to universities and enterprises. (2) Its innovation and knowledge acquisition area mainly comes from the cooperation within Zhejiang Province and the scope of cooperation is gradually increased, showing a good trend. (3)The marine industrial innovation network should be set up as soon as possible due to the economic crisis resulting in low industrial competitiveness and weak anti-risk capability. Therefore, it is significant for Dinghai District to enhance the innovation level to increase the overall competitiveness of oceanic industry.
