如何提升科研经费管理的专业性、提高经费使用效率是我国医学科研管理工作中亟待解决的问题。为充分借鉴英国医学科研经费管理的经验,研究采用文献调研法,梳理英国医学科研经费来源组成,总结不同来源医学科研经费管理特点,针对目前我国医学科研经费投入与分配存在的问题,提出应强化专业机构项目管理权利职能与能力、加大对临床研究的稳定支持、加强对企业和非盈利社会组织科研创新的引导等建议,为进一步理顺医学科研管理工作提供参考。

China is facing the challenge in promoting the professionalization of management of research fund as well as improving the efficiency of fund utilizing. In order to gain from the experience of medical research fund management in UK, its characteristics under different funding sources were analyzed by conducting literature-based study. To address Chinese medical research fund and distribution problem, suggestions were given which included improve the capacity in professional organization management, increase support to clinical research as well as encourage and guide the research investment from private sectors and non-profit organizations.
