食品安全监管信息透明度指数可以评价各监管主体的监管信息透明度水平、规范其信息公开行为，从而缓解食品安全信息不对称问题、减少食品安全问题发生的概率。本文首先通过大量研读国内外相关文献、法律法规和食品安全案例，并综合运用德尔菲法对指标进行专家论证，确立了我国食品安全监管信息透明度指标体系。之后根据德尔菲专家的打分，基于ANP计算出各指标的相应权重。最终建立了具备综合性、实用性和可复制性的我国食品安全监管信息透明度指数模型。

Food safety supervision information transparency index could be used to evaluate the level of supervision information transparency of each supervising subject and standardize its information disclosure behavior, so as to alleviate the problem of information asymmetry in food safety and reduce the probability of the occurrence of food safety incidents. Firstly, through the study of massive domestic and foreign literature, laws and regulations, food safety cases , the expert argumentation with comprehensive use of Delphi method, the article developed China food safety supervision information transparency index system. Then, based on ANP calculation, the article calculated the corresponding weight of each index according to the score of Delphi experts. Finally, the article established comprehensive, practical and reproducible China food safety supervision information transparency index model.
